- Supabase
- database, authentication and/or website backend infrastructure.
- Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- cloud hosting, storage and infrastructure services where utilized by the website, and delivery of the emails our website sends (Amazon Simple Email Service, in the United States).
- Canada Post
- shipping, delivery and tracking of orders.
- FedEx
- shipping, delivery and tracking of orders.
- PostHog
- website statistics (pages visited, clicks and how the site performs), only if you accept analytics cookies.
These providers receive or process information as necessary to perform services for NCG, subject to their own applicable privacy and security obligations.
Canadian privacy guidance specifically notes that organizations remain responsible for personal information under their control when third-party providers process it on their behalf.
4. Payment Information
Payments may be processed through Stripe. Payment information submitted through Stripe is subject to Stripe's applicable privacy and security practices.
NCG does not intentionally collect or store complete credit-card numbers on its own servers when those details are submitted directly to Stripe.
5. Shipping Information
To fulfill an order, your name, shipping address, telephone number, email address, order information and other information reasonably necessary for delivery may be provided to Canada Post, FedEx, or another carrier used to deliver your order.
6. Email Communications
We may use Amazon Simple Email Service (Amazon SES) to deliver order confirmations, shipping notices, account communications and other emails.
Marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable Canadian requirements. Where required, customers may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe mechanism provided.
Transactional communications necessary to complete or service an order may still be sent.
7. Cookies and Website Technology
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies required for functions such as maintaining sessions, operating shopping-cart features, security, remembering preferences and understanding website performance.
The cookies we set ourselves:
- ncg_consent — remembers your cookie choice (1 year).
- ncg_seat_hold — keeps the seats you picked reserved while you finish buying tickets (35 minutes).
- ncg_merch_hold — keeps the items in your cart reserved while you finish checking out (35 minutes).
These are needed for the website to work.
Analytics cookies (PostHog) are only used if you accept them in our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of every page.
Where required by applicable law, additional consent may be requested for non-essential tracking technologies.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and to satisfy applicable legal, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention and business-record requirements.

However, no website, database, transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Our wrestling programming and events may be enjoyed by families, but our online store is intended to be used to make purchases by adults or with the involvement and authorization of a parent or legal guardian.
