How we handle your data

This section explains what information NCG Wrestling collects, why, and the choices you have. It is provided directly by NCG and applies to this website.

Cookies we use

Essential cookies keep the site working — your language, your cart, your session and consent choice, and basic security. These are always on because the site can’t function without them.

Analytics cookies are optional. They only run if you choose “Accept” in the cookie banner, and never before. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie preferences” in the footer. If you reject or do nothing, no analytics are collected.

Information you give us

When you buy tickets or merchandise, join the Fan List, apply to the Wrestling Factory, or contact us, we collect what you enter — such as your name and email address, and your order details. We use it only to fulfil your request: process your order, deliver your tickets or receipt, answer you, or send the emails you asked for.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your full card number is entered on Stripe’s secure form and is never seen or stored by NCG — we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and the amount.

Analytics

With your consent, we use PostHog to understand how the site is used (for example, which pages are visited) so we can improve it. This data is aggregated, we do not use it to identify you, and we never sell it or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected — for example, order and ticket records for accounting and support — and then delete or anonymise it. Newsletter subscriptions last until you unsubscribe.

Your choices and rights

You can withdraw analytics consent at any time, unsubscribe from any email using the link in it, and ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, contact us.
