These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern purchases and use of the NCG Wrestling website, including merchandise, tickets, memberships, digital products and other products or services offered through the website.
By accessing our website or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
1. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, unauthorized transactions or violations of these Terms.
Prices, availability and product descriptions may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout where required.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe. NCG Wrestling does not intentionally store complete payment-card information on its own servers when payment information is handled directly by our payment processor.
2. Merchandise Sales
We make reasonable efforts to accurately display merchandise, including colours, sizes, measurements and designs. Actual colours may vary slightly depending on a customer's device or display.
Customers are responsible for reviewing sizes, quantities, shipping addresses and other order information before completing an order.
3. Final Sales / Returns
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, all merchandise sales are final.
We do not generally accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind or buyer's remorse.
However, nothing in these Terms limits any refund, cancellation, replacement or other consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
If an item arrives damaged, defective or materially different from what was ordered, contact NCG Wrestling promptly with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging so the matter can be reviewed.
4. Shipping

Orders may be shipped through Canada Post, FedEx or another appropriate carrier.
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Once a shipment has been transferred to the carrier, delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, incorrect addresses or circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
International customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges or other government-imposed fees unless checkout expressly states otherwise.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking indicates a package was delivered but the customer cannot locate it, the customer should first contact the applicable carrier.
NCG will reasonably assist with carrier claims where appropriate but cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages confirmed as properly delivered, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
6. Event Tickets
Unless otherwise stated, event-ticket purchases are final.
Event cards, performers, match lineups, appearances, schedules and advertised talent are subject to change due to circumstances including injury, travel issues, contractual obligations and other circumstances.
If an event is cancelled or materially changed, any refund or credit will be handled according to the terms communicated for that event and applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
NCG Wrestling names, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, championship designs, merchandise designs and other original content may be protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.
Website content may not be copied, reproduced, sold, distributed or commercially exploited without authorization from the applicable rights holder.
8. Website Availability
We do not guarantee that the website will operate uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend or discontinue portions of the website when reasonably necessary.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NCG Wrestling and its owners, officers, employees, contractors and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the website or purchase of products or services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights or jurisdictional requirements that apply to a customer.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms periodically. The current version and its effective date will be posted on this page.
